FURTHER:  In the letters page of House of Mystery #187, the editorial response
to the art query is:  " 'Voice from the Dead' was drawn by WAYNE HOWARD." 
[Emphasis mine.]

I think originally this was indexed with Wayne Howard art credits, and that
original indexer was correct.
